1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a campaign has been initiated and resources have been allocated.

2. Non-Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered or completed due to an issue on our end, the full amount will be refunded directly to your AlgoReach wallet.

3. Audience Retention Guarantee

Some of our premium services come with an Audience Retention Guarantee. If metrics decrease within the guaranteed period, we will restore them free of charge. No cash refunds will be provided for retention loss.

4. Wallet Balance

Funds deposited into your AlgoReach wallet cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or card. They must be used for purchasing services within the platform.
