1. General Policy (Digital Goods)
AlgoReach provides premium, irreversible digital marketing services. Due to the digital nature of our campaigns and the immediate allocation of organic marketing resources, all sales are considered final. We generally do not offer refunds once a campaign has been successfully initiated.
2. Non-Delivery Resolution
In the highly unlikely event that a campaign cannot be initiated or completed due to technical difficulties on our end, the full purchase amount for the undelivered service will be automatically refunded directly to your AlgoReach Wallet.
3. 100% Organic Delivery
Our packages are designed to deliver real, organic engagement. Because we connect you with authentic users, we do not utilize artificial "refill" bots. Fluctuations in engagement are a natural part of organic growth, and as such, no refunds will be provided for natural metric adjustments.
4. Wallet Balance Restrictions
Funds successfully deposited into your AlgoReach Wallet are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or reversed to a credit card. Wallet balances must be utilized for purchasing services exclusively within the AlgoReach platform. Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in immediate account termination.
